Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% of the total order value must be paid in advance to confirm the booking. The balance must be settled prior to delivery or at the time of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted Payment Modes: Payments can be made via cheque, bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted digital payment methods as communicated by Nilamadhava Foods and Beverages LLP.

Confirmation of Order: Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment. Nilamadhava Foods and Beverages LLP reserves the right to decline unconfirmed orders.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery will be eligible for a full refund of the advance. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may forfeit the advance, subject to management discretion.

Late Payments: In case of post-event payments, any delays beyond 7 days from the date of delivery may attract a late fee of 2% per week on the outstanding amount.

Delivery Area: Food delivery is available within Bengaluru and specified delivery areas as agreed during booking.

Delivery Timing: Standard delivery times will be mutually agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Nilamadhava Foods and Beverages LLP strive to deliver on time, but are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.).

Minimum Order Value: A minimum order amount may apply for home deliveries or events, and will be notified at the time of booking.

Change in Delivery Details: Any changes to delivery address or timing must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery.

Handover of Food: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a representative is present at the delivery location to receive and 2 inspect the delivered items. Nilamadhava Foods and Beverages LLP not responsible for food quality deterioration due to delayed pickup or consumption after prolonged hours post-delivery.

Service Disruption: Nilamadhava Foods and Beverages LLP shall not be held liable for any delay, loss, or failure to deliver arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

Quality Assurance: All food is prepared using the highest standards of hygiene. Any issues related to product quality must be reported within 2 hours of delivery for resolution.

Any disputes arising from payment or delivery will be resolved amicably. If not, these will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
